There are two separate sets of Terms and Conditions that relate to www.baxters.com, and your use of the website:

  1. General Terms & Conditions — relate to your general use of the website.
  2. Privacy and Cookies Policy — details about how we use any information that we collect about you.

This website (the “Site”) is provided by Baxters Food Group Limited having its registered office at 12 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4DJ (“we” or “us”). Use of the Site is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Please read them now. If you are not willing to accept these Terms and Conditions you may not use the Site.

Any breach of the Terms and Conditions may, at our sole discretion, result in your rights to access the Site being suspended or removed.

Disclaimer

The Site and its contents are for general information only and are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. Nothing on the Site is, or shall be deemed to constitute advice or any form of recommendation. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms. Specifically, we make no warranties, representations or undertakings about:

We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Woman & Home Baxters Luxury Hamper Competitions Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Baxters Food Group Limited (“Baxters” or “Promoter”), their families, agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter; however, internet access is required.
  3. Promotion entry period: Enter between 00:01 GMT on the 15thOctober 2020 and 23:59 on the 30th November 2020 inclusive.
  4. One entry per person is permitted during the entry period.
  5. To enter, entrants must enter their name, email and country details on www.baxters.com/competitionpage
  6. The prize is a luxury hamper containing a range of Baxters products. The prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative. Baxters reserve the right to alter the component products contained within the luxury hamper and offer a similar alternative prize of the same or greater value should any products be unavailable at that time.
  7. The winners of the hamper will be selected at random on Tuesday 1st December following the draw’s close on Monday at midnight.
  8. The winner will be contacted via email within 5 days of the draw to confirm that they have won the prize and will be asked to provide their UK postal address. If we are unable to make contact with the winner within 28 days, their prize will be forfeited, and Baxters shall be entitled to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
  9. Entry must be made by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator. The Promotor’s decision on whether an entry is acceptable or not will be final.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  11. New Taste of Speyside Hamper Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Baxters Food Group Limited (“Baxters” or “Promoter”), their families, agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter; however, internet access is required.
  2. Promotion entry period: Enter between 00:01 GMT on the 9th November 2020 and 23:59 on the 22nd November 2020 inclusive.
  3. One entry per person is permitted during the entry period.
  4. To enter, entrants must ‘like’ (like/love and other Facebook reactions will be counted as valid) the competition post and the Baxters Facebook page.
  5. The prize is a Baxters NEW Taste of Speyside Hamper, details of which can be found at https://shop.baxters.com/collections/hampers/products/new-baxters-taste-of-speyside-hamper. The prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative. Baxters reserve the right to alter the prize and offer a similar alternative prize of the same or greater value.
  6. The winner of the hamper will be selected at random on Monday 23rd November following the draw’s close on Sunday at midnight.
  7. The winner will be contacted via Facebook within 5 days of the draw to confirm that they have won the prize and will be asked to provide their UK postal address. If we are unable to make contact with the winner within 10 days, their prize will be forfeited, and Baxters shall be entitled to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
  8. Entry must be made by the individual entering the Promotion. Entries from groups, pages or organisations will not be accepted. The prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative. Baxters reserve the right to alter the prize and offer a similar alternative prize of the same or greater value.
