Cauliflower Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- Splash oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sprig of thyme
- 1 tomato
- Lettuce
- 4 brioche buns
- 60g mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Baxters Wholegrain Mustard

Preperation
- Preheat griddle pan
- Slice the cauliflower into cross sections about 1 ½ cm thick.
- Drizzle with oil, season and add thyme leaves
- Lay the slices onto the griddle pan and cook until golden and softened. This will take around 6 minutes
- Mix BX Wholegrain Mustard with mayo to make a mayo mustard.
- Toast buns, spread with mayo and top with lettuce and sliced tomato or any of your favourite sandwich fillers.
- Top with the golden, tender cauliflower steak and serve immediately.
- Pairs beautifully with our BX Mango and Jalapeno or BX Chilli Jam
