Baked Italian Bagels

  • 4 bagels
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g grated parmesan
  • 1 Jar Baxters Classic Tomato Chutney
  • 150 g grated mozzarella
  • 150 g Italian deli meats of your choice
  • 50 g sundried tomato
  • 50 g grilled capsicum
  • 5 g dried oregano
  1. Spread the bottom half of each bagel generously with the Tomato Chutney and then top with the mozzarella, saving some to top the filling with.
  2. Arrange the meats between the bagels.
  3. Top with the tomatoes and capscium then finish with more mozzarella.
  4. Replace the tops of the bagels.
  5. Brush with melted butter then sprinkle over the parmesan and oregano.
  6. Bake at 180°C until the cheese is melted, bubbling and golden.
  7. Serve straight away.
