12 Large Prawns (Shelled)

1/2 jar Baxters Sweet Chilli Relish

50ml Olive oil


Whisk oil and Baxters Sweet Chilli Relish to let down slightly. Pour over prawns and mix to ensure that they are all coated.

Put in the fridge and leave to marinate for 6 hours. 

Just before you want to serve, place under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve with salad leaves and crusty bread.
