Spicy Marinated Prawns

  • 12 large prawns ((shelled))
  • 1/2 Jar Baxters Chilli Jam
  • 50 ml olive oil
  1. Whisk oil and Baxters Chilli Jam to combine.
  2. Pour over prawns and mix to ensure that they are all coated.
  3. Put in the fridge and leave to marinate for 6 hours.
  4. Just before you want to serve, place under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with salad leaves and crusty bread.
